This Privacy Policy explains how FinQ Technologies and Consulting, a company registered in the Republic of Armenia (“FinQ”, “we”, “us” or “our”), processes personal data when you visit finqpulse.com, contact us, request a demonstration or communicate with us about FinQ Pulse.

This policy applies to the public marketing website. Personal data processed through the FinQ Pulse application is governed by the applicable customer agreement, data-processing terms and security documentation agreed with the relevant financial institution.

1. Data controller and contact

The controller of personal data described in this policy is FinQ Technologies and Consulting, registered in the Republic of Armenia. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to info@finqpulse.com.

2. Personal data we collect

We may collect information that you provide directly, including your name, organization or bank name, country, work email address, message content and any information included in later correspondence. Please do not submit customer financial data, account-level data, special-category data or other confidential banking information through the public contact form.

When you access the website, our hosting and security providers may process technical information such as your IP address, date and time of access, requested pages, referring page, browser type, device information and security-related events. We may also retain records of demonstrations, proposals, contracts and business communications.

3. How and why we use personal data

We process personal data to respond to inquiries; arrange demonstrations and pilots; prepare proposals; manage prospective and existing business relationships; secure, troubleshoot and improve the website; prevent misuse; maintain business records; and comply with legal obligations. Depending on the circumstances, processing is based on your request before entering into a contract, our legitimate business interests, consent where required, performance of a contract, or compliance with applicable law.

4. Cookies and analytics

At the effective date of this policy, the public FinQ Pulse website does not use advertising cookies or behavioral analytics cookies. The website or its hosting provider may use strictly necessary technical mechanisms and server logs for delivery, security and abuse prevention. If we introduce non-essential analytics or similar technologies, we will update this policy and provide any consent mechanism required by applicable law.

5. Sharing of personal data

We do not sell personal data. We may disclose limited personal data to service providers that support website hosting, email, security, professional advice and business administration; to public authorities when required by law; to protect the rights, security or property of FinQ or others; or in connection with a financing, restructuring, merger or transfer of the business, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal safeguards.

6. Hosting and international processing

FinQ Technologies and Consulting is registered in Armenia. The FinQ Pulse application is designed to host customer application data in AWS eu-central-1, Frankfurt, Germany. The public marketing website, email systems and other business providers may process inquiry data in Armenia, the European Economic Area or other locations used by the relevant provider. Where required, FinQ uses contractual and organizational safeguards for cross-border processing.

7. Data retention

We generally retain inquiry and prospective-customer correspondence for up to 24 months after the last substantive interaction, unless a longer period is required for an active business relationship, legal obligation or dispute. Technical security logs are generally retained for up to 90 days, unless a longer period is necessary to investigate an incident or comply with law. Contract, invoice and corporate records may be retained for the periods required by applicable Armenian law.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, loss or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and the public contact form should not be used to transmit confidential banking datasets.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to personal data concerning you, correction of inaccurate data, deletion or restriction of processing, information about processing, or withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent. You may also object to certain processing or lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority. Requests may be sent to info@finqpulse.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

The Republic of Armenia’s competent authority is the Personal Data Protection Agency of the Ministry of Justice. Individuals may also have rights under the law of another jurisdiction where that law applies to the processing.

10. Third-party links

The website may link to third-party websites, including the separately operated FinQ Pulse application. FinQ is not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties, and you should review the notices applicable to those services.

11. Children

This business-to-business website is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 18 through it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services, providers or legal obligations. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
